We use several materials and packaging methods to ensure safe deliveries. We also provide refunds or replacements for items broken in transit. Please share pictures with us along with the packaging material to communicate the issue.

We do our best to make sure you’re happy with our order and we’re here to help.

We do not accept returns unless your order arrived damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it. We make our best efforts to photograph and document our product well for our customers to feel confident in their purchase. These are handcrafted products that cannot be returned because of a change-of-mind. We want you to buy what you truly love and respect the time, effort, and care that goes into every piece.
