REFUND We use several materials and packaging methods to ensure safe deliveries. We also provide refunds or replacements for items broken in transit. Please share pictures with us along with the packaging material to communicate the issue. RETURNS We do our best to make sure you’re happy with our order and we’re here to help. We do not accept returns unless your order arrived damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it. We make our best efforts to photograph and document our product well for our customers to feel confident in their purchase. We process an advance fee to finalize. 03 WE MAKE IT Throwing, drying, glazing, firing- one piece at a time. We send progress photos on request. 04 IT SHIPS We document it and share the final with you. Triple-padded. Carefully packed and ready for its' journey to you. SHIPPING POLICY The shipping and delivery time can vary from order to order as we are small team of creators who make and pack your orders end-to-end. PACKING TIME - We ship within 3-4 business days. During a busy time of the month, we might face delays by 1-2 days which we will try our best to inform you of. If you need urgent shipment, please mention so in the Special Note during Order placement. DELIVERY TIME - We don't have express deliveries available. Cities closest to Chandigarh have shorter delivery timelines. Pan India, delivery can take between 4-7 days. You can reach out to us if you have not received your shipment a week after a shipment notification email has been sent to you. STOCK AVAILABILITY - We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Once shipped, orders take 4-7 working days to be delivered to most PIN codes. Please provide complete address with a functioning phone number. Delays faced due to lack of connectivity will not be borne by us. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We do not provide International shipment yet. TRACKING ORDERS - We let you know when your order has been shipped out but do not provide a tracking code with it.
